2026年6月22日，乐舱物流股份有限公司（LC Logistics, Inc.，股票代码：2490.HK，以下简称“乐舱物流”）宣布根据一般授权完成配售新股份，配售所得款项净额约为1.37亿港元。

On June 22, 2026, LC Logistics, Inc. (2490.HK, “LC Logistics”) announced the completion of placing of new shares under general mandate. The net proceeds from the placing amount to approximately HKD 137 million.

Founded in 2004, LC Logistics provides integrated cross-border seaborne logistics services in China, covering cargo pick-up and sorting, customs clearance, cross-border seaborne transportation, warehouse transshipment, and last-mile delivery. In September 2023, the LC Logistics consummated IPO on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
